The Origin
One message. One movement.
DIMAS began with a single act of encouragement. At a difficult point in a woman's career, a message arrived reminding her that her work mattered. That moment became the seed of a question: what would change if every woman doing meaningful work across Africa received that same signal — institutionally, consistently, and at scale?
The DIMAS Experience is the answer. A platform where women are seen, heard, recognised, supported, connected and amplified.
DIMAS is not an awards platform. It is an ecosystem — for recognition, storytelling, leadership, advocacy, collaboration and impact.
