When you nominate, apply, subscribe, contact us or submit a partnership request — via this website or a linked Google Form — we collect the details you provide: name, email address, phone number, organisation and the content of your message.

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, review nominations and applications, deliver programmes and editions you have expressed interest in, and — with your consent — send you updates about DIMAS.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the vetted service providers required to operate the platform (for example, email and form providers), and where legally required.

We retain submissions for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose above and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
